The Academy
Morrow's Academy of Martial Arts, specializes in Shao-Lin Chuan Kung-Fu, which began development in 520 A.D. by Chinese monks. Students of Shao-Lin Chuan Kung Fu, will
enjoy learning the fighting styles of the Leopard, Snake, Dragon, Tiger and Crane. The five animals of Kung-Fu are represented by a specific approach, technique and strength.

The Instructor
John A. Morrow is the owner and chief instructor of Morrow's Academy of Martial Arts. His martial arts journey began with the study of Judo in 1966. In 1972 he earned his black belt in Shao-Lin Chuan Kung-Fu and he currently holds the rank of Master in this style. Mr. Morrow is certified by the state of Iowa in Aikido and has conducted numerous personal safety seminars for state employees. He is highly sought after as a guest lecturer at schools, camps, churches, and offices throughout the Quad-Cities. Count it a privilege to be personally instructed by someone so experienced in his field and so widely revered in the community.
